About
I’m Donika Krasniqi Dijkstra, a Senior Customer Success Manager with over 10 years of experience in SaaS and enterprise client work.
Most recently I led a portfolio of 21 Enterprise accounts at Speakap, a Dutch SaaS company, working with clients across Europe and MENA. At the start of 2025 I relocated to Dubai with my family, and what started as a career break has turned into a deliberate period of reorientation.
This site is where I think out loud about the things that matter most to me professionally right now: what good Customer Success looks like in practice, how to navigate change without losing people, and what AI actually means for the discipline I’ve spent my career in.
I speak four languages. German and Albanian are my mother tongues, and I’m fluent in English and Dutch. I’ve lived in Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden, Japan, the UK, and now the UAE. Moving around has shaped how I work with people more than any course or certification.
I have an MSc in Change Management from Lund University and a BBA in International Business from Hanze University Groningen, including an exchange semester at Akita International University in Japan.
Outside of work I coached basketball for eight years and sat on a migration and integration advisory board in Germany. These days I’m spending more time learning AI and technology properly, and thinking about what that means for how CS teams will work in the years ahead.
